NEW October 2026.
COMING SOON: What really happened to Mr. Seaman? The investigation began with a routine inquiry that immediately hit a wall: a prohibitive $280.50 demand from the county Sheriff’s Office just to look at the paperwork. Oregon State Police had no trouble turning over their copy for a standard, honest $18.36. But when I returned to the county with State Police files in hand, the narrative shifted overnight: the file was simply gone. Under federal mandate, missing person case files must be preserved for 75 years. In an agency legally bound to guard that record, you have to ask: did the paperwork vanish into thin air, or did someone carry the whole cabinet out the door? And more importantly—why is Sheriff Jenkins hiding or destroying that report? Does he know something we don’t?

Luke 15:3-6:
“What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the one that is lost until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep that was lost.”
